Bradley Presents in Oklahoma, Connecticut and Podcast

The Oklahoma Association of Municipal Attorneys (OAMA) Fall Conference took place on November 14-15, 2024, bringing together legal professionals for a thorough exploration of pivotal topics in municipal law. Held at the Waterford Hotel in Oklahoma City, this premier event featured a range of sessions aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of municipal attorneys, offering networking opportunities and valuable insights. Mike Bradley was a featured speaker on the first day, where he provided a comprehensive municipal telecommunications law update, highlighting recent legislative changes and trends affecting the field. This conference attracted a diverse array of municipal attorneys from across the state of Oklahoma, creating an environment ripe for collaboration and exchange of ideas.

Later, on December 9, Mike presented at the Alliance for Community – Northeast Annual Conference, which was held at the Hilton Mystic in Connecticut. During this event, Mike was on the featured lunch panel alongside ACM President Mike Wassenaar and Sue Miller Buske, engaging in a dynamic discussion on cable franchising as well as legislative opportunities and challenges facing municipalities and access organizations. Their collective expertise provided attendees with critical insights into navigating the complexities of the municipal legal franchising landscape.

Mike was also featured in a podcast by Cablecast by Tightrope Media Systems discussing the new Department of Justice’s Americans with Disabilities Act Rules concerning municipal websites and apps, which are essential for ensuring accessibility and compliance in today’s digital landscape.
