Bradley Werner, LLC represents local governments across the country on cable franchising issues. Our attorneys have worked with dozens of municipalities and cable commissions on cable franchise renewals, transfers, and compliance matters. We also advise our municipal clients on legislative proposals and FCC proceedings impacting cable franchising and services.
